Mr. Grogg received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree from The University of Tulsa - Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1999. He joined Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc., (FKI) in 2001 as an electrical project engineer. In 2011, Mr. Grogg was promoted to a leadership role as Vice-President and became actively involved in the management of the firm. After several years, Ryan succeeded Frank Flynt as company president. Looking to grow the company, Ryan sought out local opportunities to do so and eventually orchestrated the merger of the two companies that became EDA + FKI Engineers.
As an electrical engineer, his design experience includes interior and exterior lighting, power distribution, standby/emergency power systems, uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems, short circuit and protective device coordination studies, arc flash studies, fire alarm systems, voice/data communication systems, and security systems. Mr. Grogg’s design expertise includes a variety of project types such as medical, educational, correctional facilities, industrial, commercial office space, entertainment, casinos, hospitality, institutional as well as retail, liturgical, food service, laboratory, and mixed-use facilities.
Mr. Grogg is registered as a professional engineer in 6 states and has a total of 18 years of experience in the industry.
Mr. Truskett received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree from Wichita State University – Wichita, Kansas in 1971. Mr. Truskett started the firm of John Truskett Associates in 1983. The firm evolved as Engineering Design Associates and EDA/mep/llc. In January 2019, EDA/mep/llc merged with Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc., (FKI) and formed EDA + FKI Engineers PC. The combination of the firms has provided a wide variety of project types, including commercial high-rise building designs, multi-family projects of all types, multi-function buildings, all areas of healthcare and clinical engineering, institutional and university projects and corporate facilities.

Mr. Richardson received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Oklahoma State University – Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1971. Mr. Richardson joined EDA/mep/llc in 2004 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. He has been associated with the company since 1991.
As a mechanical engineer, Mr. Richardson has worked on a variety of engineering projects, including work for large central plants, commercial office buildings, hospitals, institutions, universities, schools, public facilities, and churches.
Mr. Richardson has designed HVAC systems of all types including chiller/boiler projects as well as ground coupled heat pump projects.
Mr. Richardson is registered as a professional engineer in 4 states and has a total of 48 years of experience in the industry.
Mr. Roush received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from Oklahoma State University – Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1999. He entered the engineering field with a position at the firm Black & Veatch in 2000. Upon, deciding on a move to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area in 2002, Mr. Roush found his home with Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc., (FKI) in 2004 and started as a licensed professional mechanical project engineer. In 2008, Mr. Roush was promoted to a leadership role as Secretary/Treasurer and became involved in the management of the firm.
As a mechanical engineer, Mr. Roush has worked primarily with the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, educational, and healthcare buildings. His project experience includes, correctional facilities, laboratories, hospitals, office buildings, institutional facilities, geothermal systems, restaurants, educational facilities, and museums.
Mr. Roush is registered as a professional engineer in 15 states and has a total of 19 years of experience in the industry.
